My Experience

I finished my qualifications (childcare level 3) in 2012 where I then moved down to Tunbridge Wells to find full-time work in a Nursery. I have worked in Nurseries with children aged new-born to 5 years.
I then took on a Nanny role full time with two children aged 8 months and 4 years, when this position ended, I had other various Nanny roles within Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas.

In 2015 I got offered a job role in a Montessori Nursery where I worked for nearly three years and had a great experience along the way. I have managed a nursery setting for 1 year and made the leap of setting up my own business.

My childminding business has been open since February 2023

Kirsty looked after my little girl for a few months and she was absolutely brilliant. She settled with her so quickly and really flourished under her care. She was always happy to go in and had clearly had a lovely time when we picked her up. Her speech and confidence really came on while she was there as well as her independence. I had been skeptical about whether she would sleep on the mats on the floor with the other children but she did from day one, and she ate up Kirsty's delicious meals really well too, much better than at home! I love that Kirsty did lots of lovely activities with them, painting and gardening and that she had chickens for them to look at in her garden! She also took them to the local toddler group and to the park. We were thrilled with her care, and were sad to leave but we have moved house and she has now started at nursery! 25.10.24

We have used Kirsty a few times now and both of my sons love going to her house! Lots of fun activities including baking, crafts and gardening - not to mention chicken keeping! Can highly recommend! 02.02.24

My son really enjoys his time with Kirsty and happily trots in every morning with a smile. She provides a lovely, homely environment for the children and they do a diverse mix of activities - educational, creative, fun outdoors. Kirsty is organised and professional whilst also being friendly and approachable. I feel comfortable every day I’m at work knowing he’s being well cared for and having a good time too! 10.11.23

My Availability

I have space from Jan 2025 for Tuesday and Thursday. Funded spaces available from 9 months up to three years.

Summer holiday club- I have availability for the summer holidays, children aged 4-10years, Monday to Friday

My Fees

• Childminding from £8.60 per hour

Fees are £8.50 per hour, excluding food.
All meals are prepared on site and are very nutritious. Two snacks per day are offered, along with lunch, and for the children that stay until 5:30 they are offered a light evening meal.
