About Me
I am a warm, loving and happy person. I really enjoy my job and love getting out and about with the children in my care. I arrange age appropriate activities both at home and out and about. I also arrange play dates with other childcarers. Some home based activities we enjoy doing are cooking, singing, music, arts and crafts. We attend toddler groups, swimming, playgrounds, soft play centres, farms, museums and many other day trips. I offer a home from home setting and I want the children in my care to feel welcome, happy and loved. I provide snacks and healthy, home cooked food.
My Experience
I am an Ofsted registered childminder with many years childcare experience. At my recent inspection I was rated ‘Good’. I have cared for all ages from newborns upwards.
My Qualifications
I did my NNEB training at The Chiltern Nursery Training College in Reading. I hold a current first aid certificate and an enhanced DBS clearance check. I am trained to deliver the EYFS. I am Ofsted registered. I’ve done safeguarding training and food hygiene to name just a couple of my extra qualifications/training courses.
