Caroline started looking after my daughter at the beginning of the year and has been truly fantastic. She plans different activities for each day and gives a full run down with pictures of what they have been up to throughout the day. Caroline potty trained my daughter which took a lot of the pressure off me as a working mum. I have used childminders before and Caroline really goes the extra mile to provide great care and cook healthy meals. I couldn't recommend her more.

Caroline looked after my little boy from October 2018 - February 2019. It was my first time leaving him in childcare and Caroline made the process extremely easy and put my worries at ease. My little boy loved going to her and seeing her daughter and came on leaps and bounds with her, eating better and being confident around other children as she took him to regular groups. She kept me updated all day with lovely photos and messages plus his diary which would come home each evening, she also had a sleepover case with a book and cuddly toy which each child would get a turn of taking home which me and my little boy enjoyed doing together. She is thoughtful, with birthdays and Christmas, cards bought home as well as presents for my little boy.
We are sadly having to leave Caroline as we are moving away but I would highly recommend her to any parents looking for a kind, friendly and trustworthy childminder.

Caroline has been looking after my 10 month old boy and she is brilliant! She keeps me updated throughout the day and in his diary.
There are plenty of stimulating activities eirther on trips out or at her home she has a very well stocked toy room which Rik loves to explore!
Caroline is very caring. Rik loves going there and hasn't cried when I've left even once and is always cheerful when I pick him up. She has even succeed in getting him to nap in the cot (which we were struggling to do) and now he does it more easily at home too!
I would highly recommend Caroline's Childminding.

Our daughter joined Caroline’s Childminding services in January 2018. We are so pleased with how well Rachel has settled in with Caroline, the whole process has been completely smooth and stress free.
Caroline is very caring, and looks after our daughter with diligence and love. We have absolutely no qualms about leaving Rachel in her care.
We receive regular WhatsApp updates throughout the day, and a detailed written journal at the end of each session. It really helps seeing how happy Rachel is while we’re both at work.
Caroline’s own daughter is lovely, and it’s great to know that Rachel has a friend to play with throughout the day, in between the various playgroups and craft activities that she’s kept busy with!
We really couldn’t be happier with our choice of childminder for Rachel.

Caroline was recommended to us by friends as a part-time nanny to care for our 1 year old son as well as for our 7 year old daughter after school time. When we met with Caroline and looked through her portfolio of past qualifications and work references we knew she was definitely the nanny we needed and could meet our expectations – we were certainly right about that! Caroline stands for everything professional child minding is really about.
Being parents we also have very demanding full-time jobs in the city however having Caroline around meant that our children were happy and safe and were being looked after and developing in best possible manner. We found Caroline to be hardworking, caring and very reliable and would recommend her to anyone looking for a childminder that can make a difference. Caroline stayed with our family between April 2016 and December 2016 and were grateful for everything she has done for us.

I highly recommend Caroline to other families looking for a caring and professional childminder. Caroline looked after our two children from babies to school age and she continues to babysit for us. The kids are always excited to see her and see it as a treat when we go out and Caroline comes to look after them!
I have always been impressed by the gentle, cheery and calm approach Caroline has with children as well as her professionalism. When she was looking after our two before they started to go to school, she would always be able to tell us everything about the day - from what they had done (especially new things!) to how the had eaten. This really helped us to feel we weren't missing out on things while at work and totally confident that the children were safe and happy.

Caroline nannied our daughter Olivia from the time she was 17 months old until she was 3 before we left Croydon to move to California. We have employed four nannies in total over the last 6 years and Caroline is the most caring and experienced of them all.
She is incredibly thorough in her organisation and planning. Examples are having meal planning and shopping done ahead of the week so you know what your child will eat and day and week schedules so you know what kind of activities and play dates you can expect. She is amazing at setting expectations which is so important for working parents and for children and helped us find the right schedule for Olivia as she developed.
Caroline's communication is excellent. She always followed up with detailed notes about how our daughter slept, ate and felt during the day and made sure to let us know progress on development and hitting important milestones. She knew we liked keeping a blog about Olivia and would text me photos during the day of activities.
Speaking of milestones, we refer to Caroline as the baby and toddler whisperer because she potty trained Olivia in a week when she was 19 months old. We really had no idea what we were doing and she led us through the process. Olivia had only two accidents during potty training. We tried with our second daughter to replicate Caroline's strategy but couldn't pull it off alone. We look back and truly marvel at just how skilled she is at getting the timing right and having the success tactics at key development transition points. She also helped us with transition away from bottles and nap time.
Holidays and activities:
She always made sure to plan crafts around themes and holidays that were on point and timely. She remembers birthdays and special occasions for family members and even extended family. One of the greatest and most appreciated qualities is her connection with other carers, parents and children in the community.
Lastly, Caroline has a vast network of friends, family and other professionals from whom she can source the best activities and social opportunities for children. The importance of this can not be understated and is a true testament to her love for working with children.
