Hi my name is Jo.
Childminder in Steyning.
I am a childminder offering home based childcare, it has always been my aim to work in partnership with parents and families to support children's learning and development.
I live in Steyning with my husband and 2 children, in a bungalow with ample space,it includes a play room, kitchen diner. downstairs bathroom and garden.
As part of our routines we like to get out and about using our local area for learning opportunities. we celebrate a variety of occasions throughout the year. Making full use of the resources available to us, while supporting the children’s individual needs and interests.

My Experience
I have 25 years experience as a registered childminder and 21 years as a mum.
I have cared for children from the age of 9 weeks - 11 years, many of them from babies up to starting school, with experience of caring for siblings.
My Qualifications
CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce (QCF)
Paediatric first aid.
level 2 health and safety in the work place.
Level 2 food safety.
Risk assessment.
25 years hands on.
