My Requirements

I am looking for a Nanny or Childminder to become a valued part of our family. The role spec is 70 hours per month with varied shifts/days this averages out at 16 per week. We have been very lucky with childcare providers in the past and we are looking for someone who will be pro active, efficient and caring, to join our team! I work part time and their father works full time so we have gaps to fill! :) Due to the nature of our work, the shifts we work can cover any of the 365 days of the year and 24 hour periods. With this in mind we are looking for someone who is flexible, and willing to incorporate working weekends and potentially bank holidays into their role, to work some days starting from 7am up to usually 8:30/9pm, this may not be the length of every day and the majority of the care will be for the two little ones. I am looking for someone who is willing to do light housework (to benefit the children i.e. putting the wash machine on so the have clean uniform etc!) meal preparation, school pick up/drop offs and take the children to various activities, with this in mind the person would require a full clean driving license. The ideal person will be caring, intuitive and happy to bring fun and comfort when I am not around. I require someone who is OFSTED registered, holds a clean DBS certificate, recent traceable references and must have up to date paediatric first aid. I would also like someone who preferably holds a relevant childcare qualification and or knowledge of Pre school education frame works (EYFS or Similar),though you must be educated to GCSE level or higher, to include English, Maths & Science, as a minimum grade A-C or 4-8.
