About Me
i am a Ofsted registered childminder .
i have 3 grown up children .
My daughter aged 21 still lives with me , and 1 of my son’s works from my home . I live in Highfield , hemel hempstead .
I was graded Ofsted “ good “ in march 2023
I provide a secure , happy and caring environment , I have a lovely garden to play in with a play house and slide, sandpit and other outdoor toys .
I also have lots of indoor toys too to stimulate all ages , all in easy reach for children to choose .
I believe in letting children express themselves through play as much as possible , which makes learning more fun .
I take the pre school children to toddler groups to socialise with other children .
I like to get out most days , exploring and visiting interesting places and getting lots of exercise and fresh air , visiting parks and the woods to investigate and play .
My Experience
I have covered many aspects of childcare . I studied childcare at college - leading me to being a nanny for a lovely family .
4 years on the paediatric ward in hemel .
And I cared for my niece which lead me to childminding .
I also have experience looking after twins !
My Qualifications
Safeguarding children
Introduction into childcare practice ( homebased )
12 hour paediatric first aid
Diploma in homebased childcare ( unit 1 )
Ofsted registered
My Availability
My setting is open from 7:30 until 5:30 / 6 pm monday - Friday.
**I have Tuesday and Thursday spaces avaliable at the moment
