Brenda has been looking after our children - 5 and 6 - for a little over 18months now. Both of our children attend Tatsfield school which she picks up from Mon-Fri term time, as well as looking after them on inset days and Mon-Wed during holidays. Our children are happy with Brenda, are well looked after, and as parents that puts our minds at ease. They enjoy trying new foods with her (which are always home made, varied and to their liking). Brenda supports them in completing their homework and reading with them, and provides a variety of toys to play with, books to read, and things to play with in her garden.
She is very reliable and has gone above and beyond for us such as during the recent snow when she hiked into Tatsfield to collect the children early from school (roads were impassable and we were stuck at work). She is on top of every defined Offsted process and procedure and timely in providing her invoices.
