About Me
Hi my name is Natalie and I am 43 years old. I currently live in a large house in Lichfield, within five minutes walking distance of the city centre, train and bus station. I live here with my husband of 22 years and my three children aged 18,20 and 25. The two eldest Jessica and Olivia work alongside me as full-time assistants, both hold DBS certificates and are fully peadiatric first aid trained. We also have a lovely 8 year old french bulldog called Minnie who has her own space and is kept away from children.
The children will have access to a very large garden with a vegetable patch and a vast amount of outdoor toys,a playroom with toys, games,resources and books for all ages, a dining room including a small table and chairs, downstairs toilet with changing station and large living room for naptime. I also have a spare bedroom should the children require an overnight stay.
We follow a flexible rountine that is child led and provide a safe space for children to grow and develop. We choose topics, activites and resources following the EYFS tying in childrens interests.
We send out a newsletter once a term outlining the current topics and curriculam to be covered over the coming months including any important dates.( My holidays given in January for the whole year).

My Experience
As previously mentioned I have three children of my own and have gained lots of hands on experience over the last 25 years. I have been a registered childminder since 2013 looking after children from 4 months to 11 years.
Before becoming a childminder I was fostering children from a local authority which has been really rewarding and given me experience of working with children who are not my own, who have different needs and come with different life experiences.
I have also had the opportunity to work with children who have learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, hypermobilty as wells as children with fetal alcohol syndrome and hearing impairments.

I am Ofsted registered and hold the following

Safeguarding level 1
Behaviour management
Full driving licence and insurance
Food hygiene and safety

Equality and inclusion
Autism awareness level 2
My Availability
I am available 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday- Friday including school holidays.
May consider work hours outside of this with prior agreement.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.50 per hour
£5.50 per hour including food or a day rate of £45 (for ten hours)
Price above is for hours between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm Mon-Fri (Unsociable hours increase in rate)
I am willing to consider any reasonable requests for different hours to accommodate shift workers.
