Leah has stayed with us for three weeks, working between another maternity nurse to provide care for our newborn daughter. She arrived at very short notice due to unforeseen staffing problems which we massively appreciated and has been reliable in providing cover.
She is quiet and kind, working independently
providing complete care for our daughter. She is respectful of our wishes and keeps us updated and informed. We can see our daughter feels very safe and comfortable with her.

Leah has been with us for a total of 10 weeks. She helped us with our daughter who was two weeks old when Leah started. We employed her mainly for three nights per week and added some 24h shifts too.
It was a pleasure working with Leah. We valued the way she was with our daughter. Leah was always very gentle, respectful, patient and caring with her. We were confident to leave our daughter with her whenever we had to leave the house, knowing that our baby is in safe and competent hands. Leah makes gentle suggestions and observations where needed which I highly appreciated.
We greatly enjoyed our time with Leah, and are sorry that the time came for her to move on.

Put simply Leah restored my mental health. We have a tiny baby who was waking all hours of the night and Leah essentially immediately picked up that wind was at least part of the problem and showed us how to wind him. This sounds like a small thing but it has made an absolutely radical difference which has restored some normality to my life. Whilst one will never agree with al the advice/opinions one is offered, I will be eternally grateful to Leah for bringing me back to myself. She was also very sweet with our 4 year old who detained her at the door every day asking her ridiculous 4 year old questions. All in all she is very gentle and caring.
