About Me
I am a bilingual (French) Ofsted registered childcarer with 21 years childcare experience. With my ample experience and nurturing nature, I am able to stimulate children to reach their full potential. I take enormous pleasure in seeing children learn and realise things for the first time and have bundles of energy to support them. I am still in touch with all the children I have cared for and are a big part of my life. I am proud to say that all my parents regard me highly and work hard to keep this up. My Experience
I am a bilingual(French) Btec qualified childcarer with 21 years childcare experience. I have always spoken in French to all the children I have cared for and am proud that they still remember what I taught them. I have cared for children from the ages of 3 months to 13 years. I have been interviewed by " the Times newspaper" covering a column on bilingual Nannies which i am more than happy to show. I have also been awarded runner up "Nanny Of The Year”. I have managed a successful nursery for two years and have brought all those skills, knowledge, training and experience into my childminding setting. I am confident and comfortable around children. I have also done some proxy parenting over the years. Caring for children is not just a job for me, but is a big part of my life. I take so much pleasure in childcare and enjoy its many rewards. I have a valid DBS and a First Aid certificate. I am also Ofsted registered. I have a clean, pet free home with a big, secure garden. I treat children with consideration and respect their individuality. My priority is to ensure that the children are safe, secure and stimulated to reach their full potential. I am proud to say that I have always had a very good open communication with all my parents and therefore have always had the best outcomes of their child's developmental stages. I follow the EYFS to observe,asses and record each child's development. My Daily routine with the children is to go to a playgroup or the children's centre in the morning to encourage social skills, awareness of their surrounding and get some exercise. Most afternoons are spent at home playing educational games to practice their numbers, letters, colours, shapes,sizes and play in the garden. My daughter has been with Filsane and Adrian for over two years (since 8 months old). I have enjoyed watching her progress and development which has been supported and promoted at Honey Bunch Childcare. Seeing my child go in and come out with a smile, brings me confidence that she is in the right place and she is well looked after. I would recommend Honey Bunch Childcare.

I am very happy to recommend Honeybunch childcare. My daughter has been attending for almost a year and from the very beginning she was settled there, this is thanks to Filsane's very caring and friendly nature. When I drop off my daughter in the morning, she is very excited to be there. There is a combination of educational routine and fun activities which is an excellent environment for a toddler to develop. In addition, there is a useful app which honeybunch use which provides an update each day of activities, photos and naps etc. In particular, my daughter had some trouble with ezcema and Filsane was very attentive to help treat her, which demonstrates the level of care Honeybunch provides.

Having spent quite some time visiting a number of childcarers and nurseries, and being anxious about leaving our daughter anywhere, we finally found Filsane and Adrian and immediately knew this was perfect for ours and our daughter’s needs. The settling in period seemed to be really easy, and from day one Matilda has been cared for, kept active, fed healthily, nurtured and developed beyond our expectations. Filsane and Adrian now feel like an extended part of our family and our daughter Matilda absolutely loves both them, their daughters and the extended Honeybunch Childcare family. She can’t wait to see them every day, and can’t wait to tell us what she’s been up to when she arrives home. We can’t rate them highly enough. It will be a very sad day for us all when she leaves this wonderful setting.

Honeybunch Child Carers have been looking after my 2 year old daughter since Febuary 2018.
I have been extremely happy with the care my daughter has received, and the great progress she has made whilst in Filsane's care at Honeybunch Child Carers. Filsane's home is always welcoming, clean and well organised and my daughter has great fun playing with all the toys available and with the other children. Beyond all this it is Filsane's warm, friendly and experienced approach which creates a nuturing enviroment for the children.
Honeybunch Child Carers provide a wide, fun range of activities including trips outdoors. I know my daugther has enjoyed sand and water play, drawing and sticking, reading and puzzles as well as outings to the park, trips to playgroup and the petting farm. It is always lovely to recieve arts and crafts my daughter at the end of the day as enjoys making them whether it be for mothers day, Christmas etc.
Filsane is a great communicator and has no trouble in gaining my daughter's confidence and therefore encouraging good behaviour, kindness and compassion to others, skills which are important to us at home. When she is hurt or feeling under the weather I know that she feels happy to be comforted by Filsane and I am confident that she can administer either first aid or medication following all the correct procedures and completing the necessary records to ensure his health and safety.
Filsane provides food and snacks each day which are healthy and nutritious. Filsane completes a diary detailing what my daugther has done each day. From this I have a complete picture of her whole day including what she has eaten, how long she has slept and all her activities. This helps me to feel involved with my daughters care and that I can talk to her about her day.
All in all I am thoroughly happy with the level of care my daugther receives and I’m certain that being in such a positive and happy environment is helping her develop into a confident, switched on and self assured little girl.
Being a first time mum when returning back to work Filsane has been supportive and collaborative in her approach. I have always trusted that my daughter is in good hands whilst I am at work and as such I am happy to recommend Filsane as a great and reliable childminder.

I highly recommend HoneyBunch childcare. As others have said, it really feels like a home from home environment, exuding warmth. Filsane and Adrian clearly care very much for the children and the feelings are definitely reciprocated. Our boys have made good friends with the other children and often talk about them to us. The pickup and drop off service has been a godsend to us as working parents, I don't know what we'd do without it.
Their new house is even better than the old house, with lots of space for the children to play together or have quiet time as needed.
