Faye is the best!! Outstanding 🤍

We are so grateful for the care and love our son has received from Faye over the past two years. From the very start, we felt like he was in a second home. She has always made him feel safe and supported. It’s clear that she genuinely cares for him like her own.

What stands out most is how easy she has been to communicate with. She is always available to discuss any concerns or updates, and we've always felt listened to and understood. Her warmth and kindness are evident in everything she does, and she goes above and beyond to ensure our son is happy and well cared for.

We could not have asked for a better childminder. We leave our son in her care with complete peace of mind, knowing he is in such capable, loving hands. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for our family!

One in a Million! 5+ stars

Faye is a wonderful childminder - we couldn't imagine a life without her! She is a lovely person; very caring, engaging and friendly and always has the right tone towards the children. We appreciate the way she deals with challenging situations and how open and honest she is. Faye always has great ideas and knows what the children want and how to keep them entertained. At the same time, she stimulates learning through playing. Faye is 100% made for the job and we would recommend her to any other family, without a doubt :)

The best childminder we could ask for.

Faye is an absolutely brilliant childminder and as parents we could not be any more pleased to have Faye looking after our children, someone that we trust to look after our girls in the best way possible. Faye is always attentive and listens when dropping the girls off in the morning and gives great feedback upon pick up.

Our youngest has a heart condition, and the way Faye looks after her gives us confidence to be able to go to work. Especially returning to work after maternity leave, Faye was very supportive, but the care and attention that Faye gives to my girls, shows how much she cares about them and in turn provides us with the trust that we know the girls are safe, and supported, and will have fun making memories with their childminder. My youngest has come on leaps and bounds with Faye, and I would say has a better vocabulary, knowledge of numbers, much better than my eldest had from nursery.

My eldest loves going to Faye before and after school, it’s a place where she feels safe, can tell Faye about her day, whether it was good or bad, and Faye will always help with excellent advice and to provide the best listening ear to my 7 year old.

Overall, I would not hesitate recommending Faye to others that need a childminder, she’s simply the best!

Outstanding - we are so lucky to work with Faye

I couldn't recommend Faye highly enough, she really is the very best you could hope for when choosing a setting for your child. We have been working with Faye for the last 5 years and I never fail to be amazed by her ability in managing the very distinct needs of multiple children at any one time whilst making it look like the easiest thing in the world!

You can't help but see how much Faye cares for the children she looks after, and they clearly adore her too. I wanted a setting where my child could be themselves, to be nurtured and develop but also be able to have as many cuddles as needed and I really found that with Faye. I couldn't believe how much my child developed in her care, becoming so much more confident, being able to follow a routine and learn so much so quickly - things I would never think to teach her she would come home bursting to show me. It is invaluable to know that your child is so happy and settled and simply having the best time in your absence.

Faye goes out of her way to provide an outstanding environment for her care, my child would often excitedly tell me about a new toy or garden equipment she had been enjoying - or drag me in to Faye's garden to demonstrate herself! And when you have been working all day and not with your child it is a delight to get to share a special moment with them and get a peek into their day. Faye really goes beyond expectations, I have lost count of the wonderful day trips she takes the children on and I hear first hand how happy they have been to go on another adventure.

My firstborn had several allergies and a complicated first couple of years working out some quite severe symptoms. Faye was so knowledgable and willing to work with us as we navigated various issues which at times were quite changeable. In addition, although linked, to food allergies we had numerous skin complaints and really relied on Faye to support us. I am not sure that all settings would have coped with a baby who seemingly had something different going on each week, just when we felt one area was solved we would have another issue but Faye never made us feel it was too much and I am forever grateful. It was not straightforward to ask Faye to administer medications, to adhere to dietary requirements, to follow skin protocols but she did and she did all that whilst also keeping a smile on a poorly child's face - I honestly don't think it gets much better than that.
