I really struggled with the thought of someone else looking after my baby when I went back to work but as soon as I met Lou, I knew she was the one to do it! Her setting is amazing and so well equipped to keep the little ones entertained, discovering and learning every day, coupled with the regular trips out, they get a full range of different activities and experiences every day!
Lou made the transition of leaving my little girl and going back to work so easy with regular photo updates throughout the day so I could see how much fun she is having. In the 4 months she has so far been with Lou, she has really flourished and the change in her play and general understanding is amazing.
I would recommend Lou to anyone and everyone and the support she has so far offered both my little one and myself has been invaluable. She goes above and beyond at every given opportunity, answering my anxious texts at all times of the day and helping to work with us as a family to ensure my little one hits all her milestones.
It's like having a friend look after her and it's so lovely! Thank you for being so amazing Lou! ❤

What can I say , I knew within seconds of visiting Lou , talking with her and seeing the setting we had landed on our feet and the more time my daughter was with with Lou the more lucky we felt. My daughter was always so happy to go to lou lou and always had so many lovely experiences both in the setting and out and about and very Impressive craft would be a regular occurrence ;-)
I really can't reccomend this lovely lady enough. She puts so much into the care she provides and her passion just shines through. Lou provides a safe , very stimulating and caring environment and somewhere your child can grow and have lots and lots of fun along the way.

Lou Lou has looked after my baby since he was 9 months old, (now he is 3) I was very nervous and worried about leaving him as he had been very poorly since birth, on my first visit to Lou Lou I found her very welcoming, friendly and open to discuss any concerns I may have, I was shown around the setting which I was amazed by, it was very clean, and well laid out.
Before I left Lou’s house after the first meeting I had made my decision that is where I wanted my baby to go, and to this day he is still there, he absolutely loves Lou, her children and her dog, missy.
I cannot praise Lou enough for all her help and support with my little boy as he has a lot of health issues and she has always supported me and him so much, I felt Lou has cared for him as she would 1 of her own and she has always made me feel at ease, and reassured me throughout the day, with updates on how he is doing.
I would recommend Lou to anyone, she is loving, kind, caring and most of all amazing with the children, best decision I ever made sending my boy there.

My daughter has been with Louise for around 6 months now and we could not be happier with the care she has been given.
Louise is always so professional and friendly and goes above and beyond for her parents and children. She listens to everything I have to tell her and is always so very positive and happy to give advice when I ask for it- I really enjoy our chats! Her home is beautiful and always clean and tidy. The outside space is child friendly and my daughter loves playing in the garden.
My daughter really enjoys going there and I am happy knowing that she is in the safest of hands; she's quite a handful especially when out and about but I can put my trust in Louise to keep her safe and happy. She is always clean, fed and happy when she comes home and I am so pleased with the care she has been given!

Tiána absolutely adores Loulou and is always excited and cheers to go to her each week whilst mummy goes to work.
Lou has a great level of experience and understanding with the children having had her own and working in the field from such a young age.
Whilst tiána attends she gets to experience such a vast amount of different activities both in the setting and out and about whilst interacting with her peers of different ages. Tiána has also found the confidence to take part in activities that she would never do with me with the encouragement and support of Lou.
Lou offers a good variety of snacks and meals to Tiána being a child with hollow legs and also has now got her drinking water (something she would never do with me).
I couldn't ask for a better lady to look after my daughter knowing that she understands and is in tune with her needs and the full focus is on the children that attend each day.

Lousie is a lovely friendly caring lady with a lovely home and family, the playroom and garden are brilliant for children of all ages. I feel so much more relaxed about going to work knowing my son is in such safe hands and will have a lovely day with louise. I can't recommend Louise enough! Xxx
