Shukrah has been caring for my daughter for almost a year now. I am very happy with the care that she receives and I know that she is adored by Shukrah. Even on the days that Saara was reluctant to leave me Shukrah has always reassured me after that she is totally fine and happy. I am regularly updated with photos and videos of what they get up which just gives me that peace of mind a parent needs whilst at work. My daughter also has allergies and Shukrah has always taken all instructions on board. From the beginning I was extremely impressed with her setting she has totally transformed her downstairs living area to a setting to accomodate the children with toys books and fancy dress area and more! Her home is clean and accommodating and her family are also very welcoming. Shukrah brings the same energy every day which I cannot fault!! She is reliable and flexible. Saara leaves with a smile on her face every day which is a credit to Shukrah and her setting :)

In the beginning there was no problems my son really enjoyed going to her house. I’ve now come to notice she does not like feedback, or how to communicate with me. She does not know how to approach or handle conversations. Shouting in voice notes and refusing to communicate in regard to my child. She also claimed that the work she was doing with my child is unbearable. My child is a special needs child, and is non verbal, so I like him to receive care that’s individual to him. On her profile she claimed that she has special needs experience, and she reassured me that my child would be fine and I don’t need to worry, but to me it seems like she does not have that much experience or if not at all.
I will not lie in reviews the house is clean and my son enjoys the food but the communication is extremely poor.

Thank you for your response, I'm saddened that you felt that my service to Kemar fell below your expectations.
Kemar is not the first child I have looked after in my 16 years as a childminder and I'm proud of the fact that other parents with or without children with special needs have known that I have and continue to treat them as I would my own children and that their children feel at home when they come to Little Daffodils.
That was indeed the case also with your son, he has required additional care and attention during his time with me which I he always received. It was a pleasure looking after Kemar despite the fact that it's been 4 weeks now without receiving a penny in payment yet.
Regarding feedback, I had asked you as I do all parents to put forward any feedback directly in order for me to ensure the children I care for receive the best care.
I wish you all the best for the future and hope you find what it is you are looking for in a childminder that you felt I couldn't provide to your son.
Looking for a good child care provider can be sometimes stressful but there is no need for that as Shukrah and her setting is just amazing kids are very happy there and Shukrah is looking after all kids with love and care. Her big experience in childcare is very helpful for every new parent, I highly recommend littleD and Shukrah as she is the best there is

Shukrah has been an invaluable child minder for our baby, Juan. Her exceptional qualities, including friendliness and flexibility with schedules, have made her an essential part of our family. She genuinely cares for Juan, creating a loving and nurturing environment that gives us peace of mind when we’re away. We always receive updates on Juan’s activities and well-being, which keeps us connected even when we’re not with him. .Shukrah’s dedication and affection towards our baby make her a highly recommended child minder who has lightened our parenting load and enriched our lives.

We are very appreciate to Shukrah and her family for taking care of our son. They’re friendly, helpful and very trustworthy. My son is always happy when he’s been there. Very sad that we move out from the area and it’s too far for them. We will miss them a lot!

Shukrah is looking after my daughter from from when she was 9 months old and she is 3 years old now
I have to say I feel so lucky to met her and my daughter to been looked after by her .
Little Daffodils is lovely place with plenty things to do for the kids
Shukrah home cooked meals are very tasty my daughter really enjoy them
Shukrah is always happy and smiling always ready to help and advise about upbringing the kids
it’s really partnership between Shukrah and the parent she communicate very clear and always with respect and love
My daughter is with Little Daffodils for almost 3 years and never even once I had any issue
My daughter learned a lot during time in setting she became very independent and now with no problems or issues she is joining the school.
Little Daffodils setting is really very good place she is very professional and she she is looking after all the kids the same- kids are always happy and smiley.
I very much recommend Shukrah’s Little Daffodils

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
My children have attended little daffodils for 14 months and I wouldn’t dream of changing childcare. It wasn’t easy finding the right setting as I have had an awful experience in the past and wanted to be sure I could feel comfortable my children were safe and well taken care of. I was initially worried as my son was a bit reserved and doesn’t like to be taken away from his comfort zone, instantly I could see he was relaxed and enjoying his time at the setting. Both of my children are very happy within the environment, their friends, the food they are provided with and the fun activities Shukrah provides.
Shukrah really supports my needs and works with me to ensure I can get on with my day with ease knowing my children are safe, homework is completed with support and drop off is managed around my schedule.
Thank you Shukrah for your support and professionalism, my children adore you and so do I!

I knew my son was in the right place and in the best hands right from day one. Neat and safe environment infact my son is always happy to be there.
Shukra will always update me with pictures about my son daily activities,which keeps my mind at rest.
Shukra has an excellent skills in interacting with the children which keeps the children happy.i will recommend her over and over again.

I have been using shukrah setting since 2016 when I was returning back to education. My first child was just 18months when I left him in the settings. He was very well looked after and always looking forward to going back and on pick up he also always refused to go home due to different activities shukra takes them to healthy warm meal is been served to them. Always send the picture and updates of their daily activities to and very welcoming environment and pleasant. Which made me sent my second child at two months olds and well looked after too and now my third child. I very pleased and happy for the care she shows to them and their progress in preparing them for later education. I will recommend her to anybody, any day and time. Thanks so much shukra

I was very fussy about who I chose to take care of my children when I went back to work last year. As soon my Children met Shukrah they couldn’t wait to join the setting.
Shukrah has worked with me to ensure my kids are happy, I receive pictures of outings and events which always brightens my day! My Children have made friends and talk daily of the fun they have in Shukrah’s care.
I couldn’t be more happy and relaxed, after several childcare settings I’m so happy to have found a setting that works for us and someone who listens to and works around the Children’s needs.
