Top quality care for my little one!

I cannot thank Janice enough for the incredible care she provided for my little one. My baby has been with her since she was 9 months old and since the beginning, she was comfortable being with her. She never cried or looked unsettled when I dropped her. She has always come back well-fed, clean, changed and super happy. Janice is very creative, resourceful, intentional and thoughtful. She is genuinely someone that you can trust that will look after your child and keeps you at ease by always having the right level of communication. She has a beautiful setting with toys, books and outdoor space, and does really nice and different activities with the little ones. She even has themed weeks and they do lots of crafts and sensory play. What has really impressed me about Janice is how much she is on the same page as the parent. I had a few things I was trying to achieve with my baby (e.g. baby not taking well to solids) and she really supported me on this journey, by encouraging my baby while being with her. Now my baby is eating very well and every time I pick her up, she does so many new things that she learns. I have definitely seen a huge developmental difference on my little one since she started with Janice. I would highly recommend her as a childminder and I believe the level of care and education she provides is really high!

Excellent with my baby/toddler

Janice has looked after my son ad-hoc from 10-14 months old. Mostly daytime but one evening with great bedtime success. My son absolutely loves her - runs to the door when he sees her, cries when she leaves! I was often working from home upstairs and could hear them having so much fun together. Her manner is kind and gentle and she speaks to him clearly, explaining what she is doing eg during clothes/nappy changes so that his comprehension can develop even from that young age. It's been an absolute joy to leave my son in her care and we are sad that she lives too far away for us to use her for daily childminding.

Excellent part time nannying

Janice came and helped with our baby boy for a few afternoons a week whilst he was 6-9 months She was fun and caring and he warmed to her instantly and he always enjoyed being with her. She was both attentive and fun loving with him and clearly understood his milestones well. As a new mum who hadn't left him with anyone else yet I felt very at ease with Janice caring for him.

Trustworthy and punctual.

Janice looked after my kids for 2 months and we're very satisfied with her professionalism. She is naturally organised, which helps with planning ahead, she worked very well with my kids, making sure homework was done and prepping for bedtime.

Trust and reliability are critical for childcare; Janice demonstrates this very well.

Enjoyable and attentive

I found Janice to be very good with my daughter, she let my child lead play time. My daughter enjoyed playing games with Janice. they both got on well with each other right from the start. I felt at ease and confident Janice would take care of her, she kept my daughter occupied for a while with the toys. I appreciate that time and would recommend Janice to anyone.
