I am a pre-registered Childminder, due to open in January!
I am a Level 3 qualified childcare professional with 3+ years of experience. Recognised for my patience and nurturing approach, I am passionate about building strong relationships with both children and their families. Using the Montessori approach to promote a child's independence and growth, within a positive learning environment. Having recently relocated to the area with my husband, I am keen to contribute to the local community and explore the beautiful outdoors.
My Experience
With over 3 years of experience in childcare, I have worked in both a nursery setting and as a private child carer. Additionally, I have volunteered in my Church's children's ministry for a few years. My expertise lies primarily in early childhood education, but I have also had the opportunity to work with children of various ages, from 9 months to 16 years old.

I found Janice to be very good with my daughter, she let my child lead play time. My daughter enjoyed playing games with Janice. they both got on well with each other right from the start. I felt at ease and confident Janice would take care of her, she kept my daughter occupied for a while with the toys. I appreciate that time and would recommend Janice to anyone.
