Good but needs a few improvements
Vale view is a good school. Teachers are approachable and do a great job, as are/do the teaching assistants and the new head mistress is making lots of new changes. There are some disappointing aspects too. For instance, After school clubs are extremely disappointing, there are only a few to choose from to cover the whole week, and some have year limits, also they don’t always run for the full term. It’s recently changed to the Whinless Downs Academy along with Priory Fields and St Martins, however it seems most of the academies budget is going into priory fields, who have 2 after school clubs every day to choose from. Their school lunches are fine if you don’t have any specific food requirements however if you do, chances of them catering to those needs are slim.
All in all, I’m happy with my kids being at Vale View as they both have great classes and the teachers are good, but I’m not happy with how some things are ran
