I have used Lu 8 or 10 times for my two boys, 2&4, she's always been fantastic. On time (usually early) really great with the kids and very calm, which is fab for bedtime stories! The boys love Lu and stay up if they know she's coming.
Couldn't recommend Lu highly enough.

Lou has been babysitting for our son since he was about 6 months old, he’s now 4 years old. Our son loves her and always asks when she’s coming back. He always waves us goodbye without a blink! Lou plays with him, brings in her educational and artistic experiences (they made me a lovely birthday card of dancing gazelles!), feeds and bathes him, and puts him to bed a happy boy! Most importantly, she always brings a smile to all of us, even after a long day at work! She’s definitely a family favourite. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Thank you so much for the lovely review! I did laugh at your mention of the card. That was a combination of your favourite animal and show, we thought long and hard together about that one! 😂🥰
We had Louise babysitting our son during pre-Covid. She established great contact with him immediately and our son enjoyed spending time with her. After 2 years of covid (and no babysitting) we asked her to do babysitting for us again - for our older son (now 4) and our second son, who is 2 and had never met Louise before. When she arrived, they both were happy to see her and loved her company. Our younger boy often is reserved with people he doesn't know, but this wasn't the case and we were confident leaving both boys with Louise. Our older boy has been asking when Louise will be coming again, which just proves how good she is with children. Louise is very pleasant, creative, experienced, punctual, caring and overall highly reliable person.
Based on our experience with Louise, we highly recommend her to other parents who are looking for a credible and professional babysitter.

Louise has been babysitting for our son (now 3) since we was about 9 months and has been incredible. I was very nervous about leaving him with someone other than a family member and he had quite bad separation anxiety at that age. Lou reassured us both and has been brilliant ever since. Not only does she manage to entertain him, feed him AND get him to bed at a good time but she also manages to clear up… amazing.

We were looking for a baby-sitter for our 7 year-old boy and we met Lou who is an experienced and highly qualified childminder.
After meeting her, we exchanged a few messages and we agreed a date when she will come and babysit our son. She confirmed that she will add the date to her diary.
Nearer the time, we contacted her again to re-confirm the time and she replied that she had put her baby-sitting on hold due the current situation. We obviously understand this but out of courtesy, she could have let us know in advance so we could cancel our plans - instead of waiting for us to contact her.
It was very unprofessional and therefore we would not recommend her baby-sitting services as she is obviously very unreliable.
We cancelled our plans and got a refund in the end fortunately. Very disappointing! We now have found someone local who is professional, kind and very punctual.

I am so sorry. I can fully understand how disappointing it must have been to have had to cancel your plans. I did indeed have your booking in my diary for the Saturday and when you contacted me on the Wednesday I had been waiting to hear back from a work colleague the status of a PCR test as her son had tested positive. Working in a school the guidelines on safety are ever changing and recently the cases in our school have rapidly escalated and my first concern is to safeguard children and their families. Again, I do appreciate that it was disappointing for you and I'm glad that you have found someone suitable in the meantime.

Louise was childminder to out little boy for over 3 years and we couldn't have been happier with his care. Louise was very creative with the children's activities and always filled the days with interesting activities. Lou tailored her care to our little boy's needs and did some wonderful work with him and his fear of foods, she was always very caring and patient and we are very grateful for her hard work. We've had to move our boy to a new childminder due to him starting at a different school to Lou's, a very sad day when he left her care but none the less Lou even helped with this and recommended a new great childminder from her contacts.
I couldn't have chosen better for our little boy. A truly amazing childminder and our little boy is lucky to have had such a good start in life. We will keep in contact with Lou and her lovely family, my little one is still asks for Louise days!

We used Lou to look after our little boy from the age of 1 - 3 years old. Like all mums I was quite apprehensive about leaving him, but as soon as I met lou I knew our son would be well cared for, safe and happy. Lou has been an amazing childminder - would couldnt have asked for better. The only reason we are now no longer using her is down to us moving house outside of london - I think we will struggle to find another childminder to match her! Our son wasn't the most confident little boy and Lou worked extremely hard to build his confidence with other children, whilst providing a happy, fun and caring enviroment. She's prepared him brilliantly for pre school and he's now totally happy in (nearly!) all environments. If youre looking for a childminder, then i couldnt recommend lou highly enough. You couldnt find better!

We have a three year old daughter who is now starting school nursery. She was in full time care of Louise till now and we are very pleased with the care she provided. Our daughter was in private nursery before that and when we moved to Eltham around year back, we were not sure about leaving our daughter with a childminder, but Louise and her wonderful & lovely kids took away all our fears in the first meeting.
All the times, we found her a friendly, caring, sensible and a professional care taker. Louise kept a daily dairy of our daughter’s activities and also sent us her pictures every month. Everyday, we used to look forward to read her update. It’s always been very satisfying to see our daughter doing so many activities and enjoying her day.
Louise plans every day very well and normally included atleast one outing (to toddlers group, toy or books library, parks, etc - ofcourse with our permission) and various other indoor creative activities like painting, baking, dressing up, drawing, etc) She did not only provide the best care but also focused on learning through play, as our daughter has learnt lot of new words & numbers while in care with her. We are delighted with her progress in Louise care.
Our daughter has developed a strong bonding with her and her lovely kids, as she enjoyed a wonderful time with them. Her care is so good that on some evenings, our daughter wanted to stay even longer with her as she was enjoying doing some activity and did not want to go back home!) At the end, I can say this with confidence that she provides a safe, enjoyable, supportive, developing and very caring environment and we would always recommend her.
