Outstanding service provided

It's with our great pleasure that we’re able to recommend Charmain as a babysitter. From when we first started to communicate, she was both warm and professional. She was great at arranging to initially meet with us to get to know us and our 11-month year old son. Charmain quickly built up a rapport with him and us.

Charmain is reliable as she consistently arrived on time, ready to engage with our child. We had a few last minute times when we needed her, and she was fantastic at communicating her availability. Charmain also helped us on the day of our Wedding, and was with our son for 12 hours. She fitted in perfectly understanding our needs on the day, and taking our son off when he needed some quiet time and a nap. Charmain is kind, compassionate, and intelligent, and we felt happy to leave our son to be cared for in her capable hands.

Ad hoc day child care for 3 children 4 to 9 years

Fabulous support for mum of three young children. Children felt immediately comfortable with Charmaine. She was well balanced , competent, mature and kind The big task was tending to all all three children plus a young cousin on the day of a family wedding . Made a big day so easy for us all. Thanks so much Charmaine hope you can come again when children came back from Abu Dhabi

We were traveling to Scotland for the wedding and I had to leave my two girls, ages 4 and 1 with Charmain for quite a few hours over several days. The girls LOVED being with her and she planned fun activities with them each day. I truly felt they were well taken care of and loved while I was away. I would recommend her to anyone who needs someone to watch their children!

highly recommend

Charmaine has been regularly looking after my children (I have 4 under age 5) and she has established a great relationship with them in a short space of time. she is very capable and responsible and has been left with sole charge of them. she uses her initiative and I would recommend her to anyone.
