Everybody in life needs a chance in I believe but having this person as a nanny looking after your child I would be very wary and cautious.
It’s ended on a very bad note and bitterness but the true colours eventually and through of the character of this person .
I would be cautious to have her in your home and to look after a child .
She is does not take well to feedback and becomes argumentative and aggressive. And then felt the need to bring the law involved which was totally unnecessary in regards to outstanding payment which was going to be paid on the normal date which had been verbally agreed.
Very hard to judge a person on an interview but when it comes to practice then you know .
Quite sad as I treated her very well , welcomed her in my home and did not miss treat her but if anything tried to understand and be accommodating but soon as I wrote feed back and then true colours of behaviour came through.
As a parent I am within my right to bring up points I’m not happy about but the lack of experience and maturity ended this once a lovely relationship into something quite unpleasant .
