No decency to answer her door or at least cancel the appointment….

I believe this to be a false review. As all my parents will confirm I pride myself on going above and beyond for the children and their family. I will always put myself out to help out for extra hours as needed for urgent care needs and always communicate via whats app, texts and calls.
