Great Help

Anushay helped my family when we needed an emergency babysitter for our 7 month old. She was great in a number of ways:
She is a clear communicator, it was easy to establish her availability and understand her strengths and where she would need support.
She is reliable--she was always on time or communicated when circumstances caused a short delay.
She is a good listener, retained orally given information, asked appropriate follow up questions, and was eager to work independently once she understood the task at hand.
Anushay did not have much experience with babies, but she was willing to go out of her comfort zone to help us, and she took that seriously and did some reading up on the developmental needs of babies our son's age. She was great with him and is obviously interested in and kind to children.
Although I recommend her very highly as a babysitter, I would like to be clear that she does need support with babies as she is still learning how to care for them. But, she is a pleasure to work with and very responsible and trustworthy person. She was very honest about her aptitudes and comfort level and asked for help when needed without being clingy.

Wonderful, caring person

Kia not only helped my family by providing sensitive and informed care for our 7 month old, but she was also helpful to the whole family because she understood mine and my husbands work-life-balance needs in terms of scheduling and communicating about our childcare. We have used her a number of times and she is always quick to respond, clear, and reliable. This is reassuring and gives us peace of mind! On top of that she is great with our baby, really knows what he needs developmentally and keeps us up to date on how his day was. Its truly wonderful to be able to work with her and I cannot recommend her more highly.

Great creative day

Natasha stepped in as an emergency baby sitter for my 5 month old. She was a great communicator and kept my family updated through the 9-5 day. She never ran out of ideas to keep him engaged, happy and learning throughout the long session. She was trustworthy and kind, I would highly recommend her for working with babies.
