We arranged an appointment to see Angie, we turned up at the house to be left standing at the door, in the freezing cold for 5 minutes. No answer!
It would have been nice to receive a text or a phone call to let us know she wouldn't be available.
This is my first baby and this is the first time I have tried to meet with someone for childcare and it has been an extremely disappointing first experience.

As I texted to tell you we had a family emergency and were called to the hospital where my mum's brother, my uncle died.
Thanks for your review despite me advising this.
