About Me
Hello my name is Fouzia, I live in Chingford close to Salisbury Manor Primary School with my twin daughters aged 20 years and with my lovely husband,We have been together for over 23 years. I can speak English, Arabic, and French.
I have a designed a play room for children, I have a downstairs toilet and a separate sleeping room for babies.I have a good sized garden area for children to play, and I also take children on regular outings eg:toddler groups,the library and if the weather is good I take them to the local park.
I cook my own meal which are all healthy and promote healthy eating,I do
not use microwave.
Safety gates are installed.
I have emergency evacuation in place.
First aid kit in place.
Fire blanket and burns kit in place in kitchen area.
Policies and contracts are in place at my setting
I have a full manual driving licence which can allow me to pick up and drop off children.
I received a"good" in my last Ofsted report (2022)
I am a Waltham Forest Network Minder which means I am accredited to provide the Free Early Education Entitlement for 2,3 and 4 years old.

I am a caring childminder who has lots of experience with children as I have worked as a Pre-school assistant.
I am a loving mother and I have raised my beautiful twin daughters.

My working hours will be:
Monday-Friday 8am-6pm but would be happy to negotiate if needed.
I am available throughout the year apart form bank holidays and during the month of August.
Salisbury Manor Primary School,Chase Lane Primary School and Ainslie wood Primary School would be the only schools I would be able to drop off children to,and pick them up from.

Fouzia and her family became a second family for our daughter, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. She started at just 1.5 years old and spent two wonderful years there. The small group setting allowed for more focused care than you'd typically find in larger nurseries, and we watched our daughter develop so much. She absolutely loved her time with Fouzia, who is so caring and loving, setting a great example for all the kids. Even though our daughter has now moved on to school, we remain close with Fouzia’s family and still arrange playdates with her and the other children, which speaks volumes about the bonds created under her care. We couldn’t recommend her more highly - truly the best care you could ever wish for! We will be forever grateful, and definitely looking to work with her again when baby n2 comes :)

My daughter has been with Fouzia since she was 2. Fouzia is extremely caring and thoughtful. She potty trained my daughter in a very short time. My daughter completed numerous developmental milestones during her time with Fouzia . Tasmia has now started reception but still attends Fouzia during school holidays . I am very satisfied with the childcare provided by Fouzia and can rely on her.

Fouzia has been looking after my children for close to 10 years. I have found her to be excellent in childcare; she provided early years education for one of my children. She provides great food for my children, is kind and attentive. My children are very happy with her.

Fouzia is a special person for us .She is taking care of my twins daughters Monday to Friday since they were 1 year old ,now they are 3 years old and she taught them so many things.My daughters are part of her family, Fouzia and her family love them so much and my daughters are very happy in her setting.
Fouzia is very supportive , caring ,smiling all the time and she understands the situation when I am late to pick up my daughters ,she has a very nice garden full with toys and activities for children.
Many times happened when my daughters didn’t want to come home because they want to stay with “Mama” and “Hamu”.
My daughters call her “Mama” and this assures me that my daughters receive much love and are well cared for.

For starters, she refused to provide meals for my baby, yet later found out she was providing meals for the other children.Then refused us completely, lied and said it was because the times didn't work with her schedule, i said i was willing to work with her schedule and she ignored me. When we spoke over the phone prior to meeting, there was no indication that my times would be an issue, she was very kind, welcoming and eager to take him over the phone. In person she was cold, unwelcoming, made it seem like WE were the ones being interviewed rather than her being the one interviewed and checked out by us. She also wasn’t willing to shake my hand and said it was due to covid but, was willing to pick my baby up and shake my partners hand (my partner who is white.) immediately after that meeting she texted to say she would not be willing to look after him. I was kind, respectful, willing to work with all of her “terms” happy to provide our own meals (even though everyone told me this was a lazy cop out) she refused and had every excuse in the book.
She also made a comment about how my son (who just turned 1) should be walking by now and suggested that there was something medically wrong with him, i politely told her he is perfectly healthy and she made a screw face. She should not work with children.

Fouzia is a professional childminder, she is very reliable and very passionate about her job. My tween were very fortunate to look after by her. She is very friendly with a big smile that makes children feel welcomed at all time. Fouzia is a special childminder as she helps children to be creative, and remind them about homework. Her well-equipped garden is a tick box especially in a good weather. Thank you Fouzia

i’ve Known Fouzia since last year, both my girls love going there, my little one spends the whole day there and she always comes home with a big smile on her face and tells me about her day. Fouzia is very realiable and flexible with us.

Fouzia is a friendly and caring person and has some excellent qualities. I especially like the fact that she has a family of her own and she and they will play with my son and support him with learning Arabic and his homework. She cooks delicious home made food, especially Moroccan food. She enjoys and encourages creativity and has a well equipped garden.

Fouzia has a wide range of activities and games to entertain children particularly when it comes to outdoor play in her garden. She has also been supportive when I have asked for help with the childrens educational learning. I have always been reassured that if I needed extra hours or am running late then Fouzia would be understanding and is therefore very flexible.
