Karen looked after my daughter Lily-su from when she was 4 months old until she was 2 1/2 when i went on maternity leave to have my 2nd child...You genuinely will not find a more trustworthy, reliable and caring person to look after your children. And Lily-su always had a great time with karen and as an early talker would come home with stories of going to the library and to playgroup and other fun activities throughout her childminding day. These activities which i continued with karen whilst on maternity leave and encouraged me to myself become a registered childminder :-), not only taking into account karen being a great childminder but also her children welcomed lily into there home environment and watched her grow and probably even when shes 18 will still be known as baby lily ..lol,,, As a new mum no one gives you a text book and tells you what to do with a child through all the changes that occur esp in behaviour , i could always approach karen for advice (and still do lol) without judgement and found her a great help.....In summary A home from home and someone who will work with u to give ur child the best possible start ........:-)
