I've never had to use a childminder before and was really anxious to begin with. Krystal was really helpful when it came to making the initial arrangements, meeting the children prior and confirming final arrangements.
Krystal was attentive to all of my 5 children's needs, 2 of which having additional needs, and was also very reasonable and structured when it came to working out costs.
All school runs were made on time and all of my children were happy on return. They also said they'd feel happy and comfortable if I needed Krystal to help in the future.
Friendly and professional, would recommend to others.
