My daughter has been with Krystal since April 2021, I was apprehensive as with lockdown etc leaving my daughter was difficult and wasn’t sure how she would be. Krystal updated me with regular messages to reassure me she was ok and when it came to pick her up she didn’t want to leave!!
My daughter has formed a really strong bond with Krystal, her sons, and all the other children that she looks after.
I had originally enrolled at a much larger childcare but am so glad I changed because it’s so much more personal and I know my daughter is well looked after (she always asks me when she is going again!) and it is so reassuring for me.
Could not recommend enough!
